jittaace is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Providing false age information to register is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active jittaace account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be suspended, and any associated bonuses or winnings will be voided without exception.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on jittaace are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. No foreign currency transfers are accepted.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by jittaace are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of issuance.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jittaace login credentials. jittaace will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to protect their password or shared their credentials with a third party.
Right to Amend Terms

1 General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jittaace ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing jittaace, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered through jittaace, including but not limited to: cricket and sports betting, live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), slot machines, crash games (including Aviator), Rummy, and all promotional features. Where a specific product or promotion carries its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms shall apply alongside these general Terms. jittaace reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. jittaace operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of jittaace complies with the laws of their country or region of residence.
2 Age Restriction and Eligibility
By registering on jittaace, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. jittaace reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, jittaace may suspend or permanently close the player's account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.
In the event that it is determined — at any point — that a player has registered or used jittaace while under the age of 18, the following consequences will apply without exception:
- The player's account will be permanently closed with immediate effect.
- All deposits made by the player will be refunded to the originating payment method where technically possible.
- Any winnings accrued by the player during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full and will not be paid out under any circumstances.
- Any bonuses claimed by the player will be voided.
- jittaace reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following criteria to be eligible to hold a jittaace account:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jittaace or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You must not have previously had a jittaace account closed for misconduct or Terms violation.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your account.
3 Account Registration and Verification
To use the services of jittaace, you must register a player account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active jittaace account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. jittaace uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected:
- All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
- Any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts will be voided.
- Winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts may be forfeited at jittaace's discretion.
- The player may be permanently banned from the platform.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jittaace applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of players at various stages of their account lifecycle. KYC verification may be triggered by account registration, the first withdrawal request, a deposit or withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold, or at any time at the discretion of jittaace's compliance team.
Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad mobile wallet showing the registered mobile number).
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jittaace account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jittaace recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available through your account security settings. Any activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed and deposits made — while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, unless you have notified jittaace of a security breach in advance of such activity. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on jittaace are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jittaace does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by their own payment provider if their account is in a different denomination.

Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on jittaace is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard account holders, though high-value deposits may trigger an identity verification request as part of jittaace's compliance procedures. Deposits are credited to your jittaace wallet instantly for mobile financial service transfers and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
jittaace does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits. Players should check the terms of their bKash, Nagad, or bank account before initiating a transfer.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed by jittaace within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering procedures.
jittaace reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. 5 Bonuses and Promotions
jittaace offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus wallet and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
- Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirement is fulfilled will be cancelled along with any associated bonus balance.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–15%, and sports bets contribute at the stated odds minimum. The precise contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including via a duplicate account — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
- jittaace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes cancelling a bonus that has been credited but not yet wagered, where evidence of bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus Abuse
jittaace employs active monitoring to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (also known as "hedging"), systematic low-risk betting strategies applied exclusively during a bonus wagering period, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is detected, jittaace reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, close the player's account, and recover any funds paid out as a result of the abuse.
6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using jittaace, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jittaace and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering or using a jittaace account if you are under 18 years of age.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
- Opening or operating more than one jittaace account.
- Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with jittaace in a manner not authorised by jittaace.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Where such exploitation is detected, any winnings generated will be voided regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live card game formats such as Teen Patti, to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of jittaace.
- Using jittaace for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
- Abusing, threatening, or harassing jittaace staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Charging back or reversing a deposit payment after it has been credited to your jittaace wallet and used for betting. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action where appropriate.

7 Account Suspension and Closure
jittaace reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, account inactivity, or a player's own request. Where an account is closed by jittaace due to a Terms violation, the balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their jittaace account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — should contact jittaace support via live chat. jittaace will process the closure request within 24 hours. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
Self-Exclusion
jittaace offers a self-exclusion facility for players who feel they need to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion can be requested for defined periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be deactivated and they will be prevented from logging in, making deposits, or placing bets. Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jittaace will attempt to notify the player at the contact details held on file prior to applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month (or the remaining account balance if lower) may be applied to inactive accounts following the initial 12-month inactive period. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in, which will pause any further inactivity fees.
8 Limitation of Liability
jittaace provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jittaace takes all reasonable measures to ensure the platform operates correctly, securely, and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, delays, technical failures, or periods of unavailability. jittaace will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, connection failures, or technical malfunctions that are beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jittaace's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jittaace shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if jittaace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on jittaace — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of jittaace or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jittaace content without express written permission.
